About Us
Tasmanian Heavy Lifts (THL) is a family concern that has been in operation for the past 9 years
in Australia. Joint owners Peter and Michelle Jenkins are directly involved in the day to day
running of the group of companies. Peter has over 20 years experience in the crane industry,
working on many sites within the mining and construction sectors. Our Head Office is in Alice
Springs, with yards in WA, SA and NT.

THL works to the highest standard, which includes Work Health, Crane Safe Australia
and BHP Protocols, which are the strictest in the Country. To support our equipment we
run our own mobile maintenance workshops staffed by qualified mechanics who are fully qualified machine operators. We also have
our own Transport division, which is Western Australian Accredited.
